As part of a dedicated team, I delved into addressing usability issues and enhancing visibility for Gifts of Art within the Michigan Medicine website. Through rigorous research and analysis, we uncovered critical insights that illuminated the path towards a more inclusive and accessible online experience.
The core of our mission was to understand how users navigate the Gifts of Art landing page and to explore perceptions of the Gifts of Art brand and identity. We conducted heuristic evaluations and user interviews, each tailored to different user groups, to gather qualitative data and identify key themes. Our findings highlighted the need for improvements in information architecture, user pathways, and accessibility across the Gifts of Art webspace.
